Selling my 93 coupe. I've put alot of time and money into it. I dont have the time or anymore money to put into it. First it is an original 4 cylinder car. It has been professionally converted over from a V8 car. You would never be able to tell unless you look at the vin. Engine is a 92 H.O. shortblock with around 80k miles sitting on solid motor mounts which sit on a tubular k member. Heads are heavily ported GT40p's with 1.90 intake/1.60 exhaust valves. Valve springs are able to handle .625 lift. Im running 1.72 roller rockers with a Ford F cam. The lower intake is a heavily ported GT40/Explorer. The upper is a heavily ported custom aluminum sheetmetal box for higher rpm. Mass air is a 75mm pro-m calibrated for 24 lb. injectors. Throttle body is a 75mm Edelbrock with an EGR delete plate. I also installed a 130 amp 3g alternator.The car has ac but I eliminated the power steering with a flaming river manual rack and steering shaft. The engine is kept cool by a 4 row aluminum Griffin with dual Contour fans on a controller. Battery was relocated to the trunk in an aluminum battery box. Fuel pump is a 255 lph with a vortech reguator. There us an on/off switch next to license plate. Battery cables are 2 gauge to the switch up to starter solenoid. There is also a 2 gauge going to the alternator. Exhaust is Mac 1-3/4" longtubes with a 3" Prochamber that go to 3" single chamber flowmasters that go into custom mandrel bent stainless 3" tailpipes that look like the factory lx tails. Sounds great! The car has a complete 95 GT braking system including the disk brake rearend with 4.10 gears, master cylinder and booster,front rotors,calipers. The 95 also donated the lower control arms, struts and spindles. It stops on a dime. The 5 speed trans is a brand new rebuilt Tremec 3550 with hurst shifter. I installed a aluminum driveshaft with safety loop. Out back there are double adjustable upper arms and Southside Machine Lift bar lowers. The car has an 8 point cage and full length subframe connectors with reinforced torque boxes with plates. Inside is an all black interior with manual windows,mirrors and locks. Gauges are factory with white face. No radio. 99 cobra wheels with 245's in front and 275's in back. Lots of tread left. Theres alot more just ask. The bad. Its been sitting. Pretty sure injectors need cleaning. Pops out intake every now and then. Gotta love ethanol. Also could use a tune Windshield is cracked One lifter has a tick Needs paint but pretty rust free. A couple spots need addressed Rearend gears whine. I drive it every day, just annoying Asking 7k obo. Needs little to become a 12k coupe. |
