This auction is for a 1946 Ford 1 1/2 Ton Grain truck. Barn stored all it life and mostly used during harvest as indicated by the only 50,523 original miles. This is one very solid truck. Cab corners are solid, floors are solid, frame is solid, inner fenders are solid, Weld repair on drivers lower hinge and drivers mirror welded in location. This truck has the 8BA flathead V8 in it. Turns over but does not fire. Everything on this truck is original right down to the PTO driving the hydraulic dump bed. The stake bed is in amazing shape with what appears to be all original wood. Even the steel supports have original paint. The center opening is still in tack and all the tie handles turn. Brakes pedal goes to the floor as expected. Rolls easily. Would be a shame to rat rod this one. You will never loose money on this beautiful truck. I am located in Wilmington Ohio 45177. Feel free to come and look as it is for sale locally also.
