Description of 1965 Ford F-100

I am selling my 1965 F-100 pick up truck. This truck has been my daily driver for the past two years. I have maintained the truck with regular oil changes every 3. 00 miles and if anything broke or rattled. I’d take it to the shop and have it fixed. 90% of the restoration was done when I bought it. In the last two years I have put on a water pump. a new RF wheel bearing. rebuilt the carburetor. rebuilt the steering box. replaced the valve cover gaskets. new emergency brake cable and a ton more stuff. This is a sold old truck. Great bones and runs like a dream. The original leather seat is aged nicely. with no rips. She leaks a little oil overnight (about the size of a quarter). but she doesn't burn a drop. As far as what’s wrong with the truck: it needs a tailpipe. and pretty soon a new set of tires and that’s about it. I had planned on rebuilding the rear end (only to get better gas milage) and to put dual exhaust and a set of rims on it. I was also going to get a professional liner for the bed. It would take very little investment to have one of the nicest trucks on the road. The odometer says 13. 00 miles. Here’s my opinion: the truck has clearly been driven more than 13. 00 miles. however the wear on the pedals and interior suggests that it doesn’t have 113. 00 on it either. My guess is the speedometer was replaced at some point. and the milage is somewhere in between. But. I honestly can’t say. She has been a real head turner for the past two years. I don’t think I’ve ever stopped for gas that someone didn’t walk up and ask me about her. I am commuting to college. and have finally realized I need a more fuel efficient option. otherwise I would not be selling it. Please do not hesitate to ask me any questions. This truck has been my baby. I will be happy to reply as truthfully as I know. The photos attached were taken by professional photographer Karl Lund. They really show the truck off as the beauty she is. but there is an iridescent filter he used that can make the truck look anodized or chromed. That is not the case. She is beautifully painted cream and green.
