Description of 1990 Ford Bronco II XL Sport Utility 2-Door

1990 Ford Bronco II 4x4, 2.9L V6, PW, PD, AOD transmission with pushbutton 4x4, performance axle, cruise control, tilt steering wheel, super engine cooling, and much more.

The Good; This is a one owner vehicle in excellent condition with only 44,400 miles on it. Yes, you read that right. Only 44,400 original miles by the one and only owner. This Bronco has been babied its entire life and has been garage kept whenever not being driven. A true “Garage Queen”. Loaded with just about every possible option that was available at the time except for A/C. It was ordered and built that way by personal choice. Synthetic oils/fluids have run through her veins her entire life. Everything works as it should and she’s a pleasure to drive. You will not be disappointed.

The Not So Good; Vehicle has a salvage title. It was rear-ended but because of the age of the vehicle the insurance company totaled it. I bought it back from them and had the work done at a local body shop. The extent of the damage was mostly to the bumper and rear door. The bumper was replaced with a more traditional type than the original tube bumper (tube bumper could NOT be located during repair, believe me I looked!). The rear door was completely replaced with an original factory door from a salvage yard and was repainted to match. The seat rails for both front seats were also replaced as a result of the accident.

The only other maintenance items that have been done over the last couple of years have been;

Radius arm bushings replaced

New fuel pump and gas tank

Rear leaf springs were replaced some time ago with new redesigned Ford springs (I always thought the old springs were “soggy”)

New battery

New vapor recovery canister

K&N air filter

Added daytime running lights

And that’s it!
