Up for auction is a very clean, well preserved 1971 Boss 351 with 76,943 miles. This original R code Boss is one of only 1806 built in 1971 & still retains all of its original sheet metal, its numbers matching solid lifter engine & top loader 4 speed transmission. It does have an edelbrock intake & Holley carb on it now, but an NOS Boss intake & an NOS Boss Autolite 4300D carb are available for separate purchase after the sale of the car. This rare Boss has been owned by the same collector since 1984 & has been meticulously maintained. This Boss runs & drives excellent with no issues & is one of the best performing Mustangs ever built. If you have any questions, please ask. We will do our best to answer them.
