Description of 1968 Ford Mustang

This is a EXTREMELY Low Rust 1968 Mustang 6 cyl auto trans Coupe. I call this a survivor car because it was painted over 30 years ago and it still running and driving now! I get thumbs up and NICE car comments even in the condition it is currently in! This car has a few dings and dents and paint chips in it BUT I CAN'T SEE AND PREVIOUS BODY WORK OR RUST REPAIRS anywhere! I don't see any signs of filler or bondo in this car! It was as very straight car that just had a color change from blue to white. Like I said, you can fix a few things and put a new interior in this thing and do a few repairs and get new tires and drive it as is. People like to see older restorations at car cruises and shows!
I believe it is the original engine and transmission in it but I did put a new carburetor on it and give the original one in for a core. The tires are very old and dry rotted and they should be replaced before any major road trip is done. I bled the brakes and put a new fuel tank sender in it as well as a new water pump and battery. The car has heavy duty 5 leaf rear springs and air shocks too! It had a hitch on the rear but it removed it to use on a different car. I put a new ignition key and tumbler in it. All I have is ignition keys for it. The trunk lock works with anything, You can get a complete key set on Ebay for $45. The water pump went out in 1996 and that's when they stopped driving it.For a car that sat that long this things runs and drives awesome! Sometimes the radiator leaks a bit so it may need a new radiator in the near future. The interior is fair and use-able as is. I put a new dash pad on it and it had a dash pad cover with the car so i put that over the new dash pad. All the gauges work but the dash lights don't. I think the fuses just need to have all the dust cleaned out of them from sitting in the desert for so many yrears, Anyhow this a a GREAT 6 cylinder auto trans 1968 Mustang Coupe to restore or us as a donor for a rusty Fastback.It has a clear signed off Nevada title. The car is in Las Vegas NV Zip 89129. It is the buyers responsibility to have the vehicle shipped to them.
