Description of 1958 Ford Ranchero Custom

For Sale is a Custom 1958 Ford Rancherowith a 4" Chop with a 1957 front clip and a 57 rear clip. most the body trim was removed and door handles shaved Old School Antenna slot. Great Salt Flat Bonneville look . The car was stored outside for years due to health problems of owner so the multiple layers of primer over the years were never sealed so it shows peeling in areasand there is some minor dents from over the year, I got her running real good and driving great with a 302 V8 auto tran, MSD Ignitio, new Radiator Power Steering / Power Brakes with Front disc (Torino) brakes. 9" rear end comes as you see it the floors in the rear are soft in areas front seat has lower bracket needs repaired loose. Ford Tilt wheel .
Very Nice Older Vintage Chop that was the Cool thing to do back in the days Very Cool Car. Has Custom Cut Laminated glass installed about 5 years agoby Brown's Auto Glass Azusa Ca. 626-334-1992with new seals and channels. some minor issues The doors sag a bit 1/4 " when closing (easy fix) both inner door opening handles are sloppy return spring needs replaced, no wipers or hardwar, fuel gauge doesn't work. have extra parts . Headliner, glove box and 2 door solenoids extra door handles and more new Dennis Carpenter sealed Baggie items.
Ranchero is Currently Registered FEB 2018 with YOM California .Yellow Plates with a clear Ca Title.
I was informed by Owner this Ranchero has a 1957 Ranchero front clip and rear tailight area it and was purchased 25 years ago from Jim Rizzo the Editor of Rod & Custom Magazine.
