Description of 1987 Ford Mustang

Up for sale is my 1987 Mustang GT.
First the bad.
I just ripped the top (Shown in pics) and the mechanics of the top need to be checked.
The windows are hard to close and the driver side rear window is missing.
I never fixed either because I only drive it with the top and windows down.
The power mirrors and radio have a short (This may be fixed before the car sells as I know exactly where it is)
The clutch is low but does not slip or stick.
The timing is a hair off.
The odometer had a short but now is working but the title has an odometer statement on it.
Cobra wheels rub in tight turns and could use sandblasting. .
Weather stripping needs to be changed.
Small oil leak.

The paint is amazing for a 30 year old car. It is only kept in the garage. Has not seen rain since I bought it in (About) 2013.
I keep the wipers in the trunk just in case.
I am the second owner of the car and the original owner also kept her in the garage.
I have only put 800 miles on her in 7 years.
New flow-master exhaust.
New brakes. Master cylinder break lines.
New vacuum lines.
New valve cover gasket.
Tunned up a year ago. (Plugs, wires, Cap, Rotor, New cold air filter)
The interior is amazing.
She runs great. Very smooth and no smoke out of the pipes.
