Up for bids is my 1959 Ford Galaxie Town Sedan. This is not a perfect or restored car, but a preserved original, garage kept car. It's equipped with a 292 V8, 2 speed automatic transmission, power steering, manual brakes, radio, padded dash, and vacuum wipers . There is no rust. The engine runs smooth and quiet, and the transmission shifts well. I would not advise a long distance trip as the tires are old, but I have put several hundred miles on the car locally over the past several years of ownership. The car is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early. Payment to be made by cash in person or cashier's check. If paying by cashier's chec, I will not release the car or the title until the check has been inspected and cleared by my bank.
