1969 Ford Mustang 428 Cobra Jet Fastback 4-speed Sportroof CJ Ram Air R code

This is a beautiful Mustang! Restored in 2016 to its original Silver Jade color. This Mustang is a true R-code 428 Sport Roof fastback with the highly desired close-ratio 4-speed transmission. Only 300 miles since restoration, all body panels are rust free and solid. Engine and trans are not original, but it has a correct "C" cast block for a cobra jet. The engine has a fresh rebuild along with the top loader transmission, brakes, and suspension. The dyno-tested engine cranks out 400 horsepower with 500 foot pounds of torque. To control that power, fully integrated traction bars are installed to eliminate wheel-hop. The 9" rear end is equipped with Trac-Lok (posi) and 3.50 gears. It also comes with an upgraded MSD ignition, front to rear frame connectors, and Centerforce high-performance clutch. Interior has all new upholstery and door panels. All instruments work.

This car is built to be driven as well as shown, and it is truly a blast to drive.
