The ultimate Pinto. Custom powertrain - 2.3L turborcharged, fuel injected, mercur 4 valve per cylinder head, 5 speed manual, ford 8 inch limited slip. Starts right up runs smooth and FAST. No rust - never! Nice exterior paint job - only a few small defects that can easily be repaired. Custom interior - but could tidied up. Big radio. Locks and windows converted to electric. Security system.
I bought this wagon intending to remove the powertrain and install it in another Pinto wagon, then decided it was too nice to mess with. I have 3 Pinto wagons and want to pare down;, and since I personally restored the other 2 wagons they are my babies. With a little additional work (interior mostly) this car it could become the best of the best.
The buyer should be someone familiar with 1970s automotive technology who wants a tinker/hobby car.
