Description of 1935 Ford 3 Window Coupe

Fine automobiles like this do not come up for sale very often. This absolutely stellar 1935 Ford 3 Window Coupe has been in the same family since 1970 and is only used for shows. First we will start with the body. This car still retains all of its original sheet metal, floors, frame etc. It has been a lifelong rust free car and still is today, amazing to find a car of this vintage in this extremely superior condition. Stunning paint and lazer straight body, super solid opening and closing doors, hood, trunk etc. Born Dearborn Blue, it still retains its original color to this day with a recent professional repaint in 1995 that looks like it just came out of the paint shop today, yes it is that nice. Absolutely pristine grille, headlights, bumpers, trim, moldings and glass. The motor is a completely refurbished Flathead V-8 mated to a 3-speed manual transmission which runs and shifts smoothly, was bored .030 over and has an Isky cam with dual 2 barrel carbs. Motor work was done in 2002 and has very few miles since. It has been converted from a 6V system to a 12V and has a Mallory Electronic Ignition for sure firing. The beautiful lines of this gorgeous '35 are all Henry Ford, no reproduction parts or patches. This car is the real deal! Beautifully redone interior and original dash and steering wheel attest to the condition this car has been in since day one. It rolls on powder coated Poppy Red spoke wheels with Firestone wide whitewall tires that really pop on the beautiful Dearborn Blue hue. This truly is a museum quality, no disappointment, extremeley sought after model. This particular car was born with a trunk in lieu of a rumble seat and it is big enough to sleep two! If you have been looking for that special early steel car and have concerns of whether or not you are buying a quality car, this is one of those rare cars that when it shows up at your door will exceed your expectations! Do not let this one slip away! If you have any questions or need more photos I will be happy to email them to you. My number is (719)289-8648. I am listing the car for the elderly owner who isn't computer literate. This stunning '35 has a clear Colorado title and some extra parts will go with the car. I can also assist in setting up national or international shipping to its new home. Thanks for looking and good luck!
