Description of 1969 Ford E-Series Van

I purchased Gladys April of last year, in Buffalo, Ny (My home town) after seeing her listed on Ebay. She was a barn find then and she's been my only vehicle since. She was purchased with 73,000 original miles; due to my living in the city she didn't get a lot of opportunities to really stretch her legs until this summer. It breaks my heart to part with her, but she requires more time than I have at present, so I'm looking to re-home her. A quick search on Google and you'll find she's an extremely rare bird and while she'll break necks as is, in the right hands she's got loads of potential. There isn't one time I've had her on the road when someone doesn't approach me to tell me they love her, and rightly so! If you're looking for an amazing Classic vehicle to take on, look no further.
Mileage (will go up until sold, shes still my ride): 77,467
Year: 1969
Make/model: Ford Econoline Clubwagon
Tansmission: Automatic
Engine: 302 V8
PA State Inspection: 4/18
The awesome:
*New Battery
*New plugs, points, Dist. cap and rotor
*New Alternator
*New tires all around, including spare (less than 500 miles on them)
*Rear break shoes and drums replaced last month; front shoes and drums in great shape.
*Rebuilt Carburetor
*Replaced valve cover gaskets and oil pressure switch
*She has been mostly gutted and stripped down, original insulation and carpeting has been removed. Ready and waiting for your personalization.
*Owners manual, Ford Shop Manual, and Wiring diagrams included.
*Bench seat for back, seats 3 (not pictured)
*There is a set of crispy crocheted curtains for the rear side windows, which were included when I purchased it.
The slightly less awesome, but still awesome:
*She leaks/burns oil - (Estimated it a Qt every 220 miles) I believe from the rear main. If you know someone, are mechanically inclined, or financially endowed don't let this deter you :) She's worth it.
*Minor tranny fluid leak - Might add a pt every 400 miles
*The wiring is a little inventive, the previous owner had done some things I never fully investigated. It looks like it was wired for a head unit under the dash, but I've never tested that theory. Also, as a result of that, the radio is not connected/working. I do have the original wiring diagrams from Ford however, and you can purchase a new wiring harness for I believe 300/400 bucks.
*Neutral safety switch has been removed (I was having an issue with it starting shortly after I purchased it. For reasons unknown to me, this was deemed the culprit. Because this part was not readily available for me to replace, it was bypassed.)
*Cig lighter doesnt work (Smoking is bad, mmkay. Two ashtrays though, if you do partake! :-D)
*No windshield washer reservoir (You can get a kit to fix this. Strangely, in a year and a half of driving it, I never found it necessary)
*Paint isn't awful, but has definitely seen better days (Shes 48!) - Will need some minor body work - Minor surface rust here and there - Rusted through in a few places - Bottom of side panels and inside a couple of the doors.*The pop-top had a leak along the seam above the cab. It's been sealed with an automotive silicone doesn't look the best, but it's water tight.
Neutral but helpful info: Please be aware, no power locks, windows, steering or breaks.
Thanks for looking! If you're not local or even if you are, I'm happy to conduct viewings in person or via Skype/Google hangout. I also have more photos I can email.
Fair warning, I'm not a gear head by any means, so beyond what Ive mentioned, I don't have much other knowledge outside of how amazing I think this vehicle is!
