Description of 1968 Ford F-100 Ranger

In the vintage truck world, there's often the choice of form OR function, but this 1968 Ford F-100 Ranger offers both. You get correct and interesting colors inside and out, and that's joined by some great modern upgrades. Plus, with plenty of V8 power you have an affordable classic that has style and substance.
This truck is a well assembled package. It starts with a nice application of the factory-correct Sky View Blue. When sunshine hits this pickup, it has a bright disposition that makes it the perfect Sunday cruiser. Plus, as an upper-level Ranger model, you get bright chrome bumpers, an upgraded grille, hood ornament, and full-length side trim. So the full effect is a great 1960s classic machine. But just to make sure this one stands out even more from the crowd, there was the addition of 17-inch American Racing Torq Thrust wheels.
Inside, this pickup looks more like a Fairlane than an F-100. The two-tone blue on the bench seat coordinates nicely with the hues on the door panels, dash, and carpeting. The full effect has the appeal of a deep blue ocean. Even the steering wheel is still in blue! In fact, this classic unit has that perfect deep-groove grippy feel you get from the best vintage machines. And while you'll even enjoy the classic feeling on everything from the gauge panel to the heat/defrost sliders, this one has also been nicely upgraded with an AM/FM/CD stereo. That way you can play the modern tunes in your very vintage ride.
More of this terrific all-blue presentation continues under the hood. You'll love showing off the 390 cubic-inch V8 with its big blue block, matching Ford valve covers, and bright air topper. And while the tidy appearance tells you there has been some investments, the V8 block is still 1968-correct. A large displacement, four-barrel carburetor, and a newer stainless dual exhaust creates a powerful and throaty package. Plus, you have extra control over it with the classic three-on-the-tree manual gearbox. Out on the road, Ford's twin I-beam front suspension combines with upgrades like front disc brakes and modern Goodyear tires to create a smooth and easy experience.
So you get a powerful vintage pickup with a great blue presentation throughout. And when the price is this affordable, there's nothing stopping you from calling today!
