Description of 1994 Ford F-150

For sale is a 1994 Ford 150XLT 4x4 gas Truck 132500 miles
This truck has a V8 5L engine, and automatic transmission with manual transfer case. Still starts, runs, and drives fine, but there are some issues. 4x4 works, last oil change was at the start of october. AC and heat both work.
I got this truck as my beater and with the intention of driving it till it died but I can't kill it (not that I have really tried outside of taking it on 95 and 66 a few times). Recently, with having to drive a lot more and a lot farther I needed something a little more comfortable and with better fuel economy then this stump pullin' engine can give me. It passed its last safety inspection in March, Fauquier does not have emissions and this truck is pretty old so I don't know anything about that.
Issues that I know about:
Rear main seal and oil pan seals are bad, they seep oil, about 1/2 qt every six months, it has not been an issue for me because I just change the oil every six months and it keeps the level high enough till the next oil change.
Rust on the underside of the frame and some minor body damage (see photos). Bed is still good.
The transmission has a band that is slipping, it normally happens around 55mph, but it you accelerate through that it stops slipping.
The sensor switch for 4x4 sometime gets stuck, meaning the truck will say it is in 4x4 when it is not, but if you know how to use a manually transfer case, this should not be an issue.
Sometimes the parking brake light and turn signal lights on the dash don't light up, I think a wire might be loose somewhere, but it doesn't affect the function.
The power windows and locks controls work, but the driver side faceplate for it should be replaced so it can be remounted. Right now it is kind of just hanging there.
Front passenger wheel is out of alignment, I haven't noticed it while driving but I can tell by the wear on the tire. I was going to put it off till the next time I did the brakes.
I will be removing the Motorola two-radio, cd player is staying
I can include the truck box for $150 more,
