Description of 1966 Ford Mustang

Hello, I have to say it is not without saddest that I am placing this amazing car up for sale. I did promise myself, it a time came when I did not get to drive it as much as I should then I sure allow it a new home.

I bought and restored this car to be driven and enjoyed and I have done this and my children as well. I recently took a job farther away and found my self not driving the Mustang as I did when I was local. I restored it to be driven.. I have listed below the repair and improvements that I have made. Items that I have not done are paint, it is an amazing poppy red and gets lots attention. I don't know the age and you can see a few scrape, but very clean and in great shape. The interior is how I got it except for new carpet, Seats in great shape all windows work perfectly. I have been meaning to replace the door rest, that has a couple cracks. The convertible top was replaced right before I purchased it and is in perfect shape. I will tell you it is very tight, done on the west coast and requires a tug or two to latch.

You won't find a more fun car to drive. It makes people happy when they see it. I promise you can't help but enjoy it.

Maryland Muscle Car, LLC (MMC) has been working on and preserving vintage vehicles in excess of 40 years both as a business and as collectors. We exist to serve the needs of collectors and people who simply like to own and drive vintage automobiles. Mr. Weeks Mustang is an example of a very desirable and very well preserved vintage vehicle. It does not exhibit the typical rust problems we normally see in our business. In the hobby, collectability and condition are everything. However, like all older cars, they do require repairs from time to time and updating for drivability, safety, preservation, and enjoyment.

In the past 18 months, MMC has performed both major and minor repairs, and significant upgrades to Mr. Weeks Mustang Convertible. Excluding the cost of the car to Mr. Weeks, he has spent $19,500.00 with our business to perform varied tasks to preserve the vehicle which increases the market value.

These upgrades, service, and repairs include the following:

  • A complete rebuilding of the engine to bring it back to the original factory specifications and appearance.
  • A complete restoration of the engine bay of the vehicle.
