Beautiful 1965 Classic Mustang Convertible. This car is great for enjoying the sun and fun. The car was painted in 2016 with Poppy Red, factory #3 base coat, clear coat paint. It is garage kept and rarely driven. The body is straight and features new bumpers and light bezels front and back. All body trim items are bright and look like they just left the factory. A new windshield was added during painting. It had several new parts installed including a new windshield, wiring harness, AM/FM radio, and fuel tank/fuel line. This car is equipped with a V8 engine with a 4 barrel carburetor. It starts right up and sounds great!A prior owner rebuilt the engine about 4000 miles ago. It has the GT style dual exhaust with dual trumpets. The engine is backed with the C4, 3 speed automatic transmission. The transmission and rear axel were recently serviced and work as they should. The engine and its compartment have been detailed to a high level with all tags, proper hoses, tower clamps, and dress up items and decals. All gauges, horn, interior/exterior lighting are functional. The bottom of the car was also detailed and reflects the overall super clean condition of the car. The white top is clean and in excellent condition. The black convertible boot is in excellent condition and matches the interior.It is powered electrically and operates as it should. The black interior is the upgraded "Pony" version and is clean with no rips or tears. Minor flaws include a small scratch on the back right quarter panel and a small dent in the hood from a sticky hood latch.The car shows 63,000+ miles on its odometer.
