Description of 1965 Ford Falcon wagon

For sale is my 1965 Ford Falcon Wagon.
I purchased this car 6 months ago with all intentions of making a restromod, I was redoing my house and car got put on back burner.
I then sold my house and now have no space in which to do the job.
The car is in great shape with exception of rear quarters near the extreme back. All floors are good and torque boxes are good. no rust underneath.
There are a few spots of surface rust on the car Pictures of these areas are shown.
The car is in amazing shape for a 53 year old car, This is a factory V8 car with factory power steering and A/C. Factory power rear window (not working, have NOS switch and key for it) Needs switch put in fr window and whatever needs to be done to install key switch.
Previous owner did engine with edelbrock heads, intake mild cam and carb. Stock manifolds and exhaust are still on the car. Car starts right up and drives fine. Has rebuilt c4 trans from previous owner. Shifts great.
Car is an original "survivor:" car. Has been maintained well by owner of past.Previous owner put over $8000 into the car in parts and labor.
The engine runs good... not sure of mileage before add.ons
This isa great cruiser or project for someome that wants a wagon!!!

Car has had floor repair by body shop from previous owner.

I would love to do this car but cant let it sit outside in the rain and snow and block my driveway. Car has the original "FA" gas cap which Ive found is a very hard piece to find
All chrome is there and in great shape.
