Car has always been stored in heated/cooled garage when not being driven. The engine number is from Nov. 1928 and is registered as a 1928 although the VIN number is 1929. 0 was put as mileage because EBay requires an entry. although actual mileage is unknown. On Feb-08-15 at 04:42:27 PST. seller added the following information:Questions asked-1. Are the fenders. body. running board. etc. all steel? 2. Is the drive train in good condition? (Start. Drive. Stop. Etc. ) 3. Can it use unleaded gas without burning up the valves? 4. Are there any problem with this car? (Floorboards. Glass. Paint. Leaking. Rust? 5. Are the tires OK? Answers- 1) As far as I know it's all steel and I have it up on a lift when I do the maintenance. The metal is all in good condition- other than it's 85 years old. 2) The drive train has been working great for the last 7 or so years. I've only driven it maybe once a month. 3) Well I haven't driven this car very much. but I do drive my '30 Model A pickup as my everyday ride. I've put on around 35. 00 miles myself to and from town mostly and I only use 87 octane unleaded gas and I don't have any problems anywhere that I know of. including valves. Both of my Model A's are great drivers. 4) The two little rear fenders were rusting through the disappearing chrome so I painted them silver. This car doesn't leak as I have been out in pouring rain Glass is all very good condition. Paint is older and there is some paint chipped off from road debris as well as some areas. mostly on the sides of the hood. where the paint looks like it's peeling off a little. The door jams all have paint worn off. The paint looks great from about 8-10 ft. Yes it does leak a little oil. as with every model A or T I've ever seen. 5) Tires are almost new.
