1932 Ford Roadster Project - Brookville Body on Original Chassis w/ Title

Great start on a traditional 32 roadster. New Brookville body on an original 1932 Ford frame with period correct old parts and some new parts.

Frame is an original from a "barn find" car that got a new frame. After stripping it appeared to have an old repair on the driver side. The Barillaro Speed Emporium removed the front and rear cross members and K-member and got the rails square in their frame jig. They reinstalled the K-member and rear cross member and an original Model A front cross member using original style rivets that are tig welded on the inside.

The front suspension is a 1932 heavy axle with a 4" drop by Okie Joe. It has round back spindles with the steering arms bent to clear the un-split 32 wishbone. The rear end is a 1940 Ford and includes torque tube, drive shaft, and 46-48 radius rods. The 40 springs were ground to fit the 32 cross member. The torque tube and driveshaft will need to be shortened.

Wheels are Early Ford 16x4" and 16x4-1/2" w/ new Firestone 4.50 and 7.50 tires.

Body is new from Brookville and comes with lower windshield stanchions, cowl vent and stock style door hinges.

Firewall is an original 32. The hood tops are new Rootlieb and the sides are older reproductions or originals. Grill shell and insert are new from Vintique. Gas tank is a nice original.

Comes with current and correct Tennessee title for 1932 Ford roadster matching #'s on the frame.

Could possibly deliver to the Lone Star Round Up in April.
