Description of 1932 Ford Other Speedstar

If you're looking for a head-turning classic that'll hold its own at any show in the country, you've found your next trophy queen! With a modified Speedstar body that Paul Shepard completely reworked around a traditional '32 Vicky grille, this is the kind of car that would turn heads in black primer; and what better way to ensure sore neck muscles than covering it with some of the brightest DuPont available? A slick combination of Honda Milano Red and Mercedes... Silver was chosen for the job and performs its task remarkably well. And when the car's 13 layers of paint dried, finishing touches included green and pink pinstripes that flank a yellow and orange divider stripe. Pry this coupe's snug fitting hood and you'll find a fully detailed 468 cubic inch big block that was professionally assembled by David Cooper of Knoxville, Tennessee. Straight from the bench this killer package utilizes a forged crank, forged rods, 12.5 to 1 pistons and polished Edelbrock heads to create roughly 550 horsepower of unmatched throttle response. As with its tight build, this Ford's custom chassis was supplied by Alloway's Hot Rods in Knoxville, Tennessee. The 468's power flows in to a rugged B&M Turbo-Hydramatic 350 3-speed that's fitted with a 3,000 RPM stall converter. That proven transmission spins stout 4.11 gears with the help of a painted driveshaft and a polished Winters Quick Change rear end. All that mirror-like hardware rolls on a gorgeous set of custom Boyd Coddington wheels which spin 215/45R17 BF Goodrich radials in front of 275/55R20 BF Goodrich radials. And between the doors, you'll find a tasteful custom interior that was installed by Paul Atkins of Hanceville, Alabama. Fully sorted and ready to turn your dreams into reality, this awesome Vicky carries exactly the kind of cool swagger every car builder dreams about. Call, click or visit for more information!
