Description of 1930 Ford Model A Deluxe Roadster |
|
This model is the Deluxe Roadster, not the common Standard Roadster. The rare Deluxe model with the two shades of green and black fenders is widely considered the most beautiful Model A ever built. There is lots of chrome, side parking lights and six wheels. This Roadster Deluxe drives great and is in excellent condition overall. Starts immediately. Minor wear with a few scratches and paint cracks. Some of the fine points: Car has the original vacuum powered windshield wiper and it works great. There is the chrome trunk holder with the removable leather strapped trunk and removable internal shelf. Mileage is unknown as speedometer reads only 1,747. Car has six wheels and tires which include dual side mounts with matching green covers and chrome tops with mirrors. Full canvas top with side curtains. Side curtains are not shown in the photos. I will be keeping the NY license plates (they are not included.) I have owned the car since 2005 and need to sell because of space limitations.
