Description of 1989 Ford Mustang

1989 Ford Mustang Government Issue. Police. car. Was involved in a light rollover in 1999 and has changed hands and worked on from time to time in the last sixteen years. I originally sold it to a friend of mine for the insurance co in spring of 2000. I found the car in its present condition a year age and have not done anything to it either. Title is a WV Junk title in State Farm Insurance name on front and dealer assigned to Adkins Auto Parts. (Dealer) on back. Over the years the front seats and the computer have been stolen from it but as far as I can tell everything else is there but the wheel centers and the keys. Rear window and side windows are good. windshield has been removed. Has two NOS front fenders. the roof is in its correct position and the passenger side has been worked. Drivers side and roof need to be worked. Needs Hood. front and rear bumpers and headlights. They are with car but old and cracked. Engine turns by hand. From what I have found out by research this car was originally put into service in Louisville Ky. Used as an undercover car because it has no holes in it for lights and is all one color. it still retains its original paint. It is truly a Govt issue car as seen by the image of the ID plate found on the radiator support and the trunk release button is in the dash by the radio. It was sold by the agency and then almost immediately involved in a light rollover and that is where State Farm and I came in sixteen years ago. The car fax says that it had 44. 12 miles on it in 1999. The WV title say mileage is not required because the mark everything over 10 years old mileage "exempt". I think this is a cool car and deserves another shot at being back on the road. what a sleeper this could be! I have added several more pictures. Something I noticed I did not include in the previous description is the trunk lid needs replaced also.
