Here is a beautiful 1961 Ford Starliner with its original FE big block 352 X-code engine, Cruise-O-Matic transmission and 9 inch rearend. This Starliner starts with a bump of the key and settles into a nice smooth idle, the transmission shifts smoothly and everything works as it should. New aluminum radiator keeps it running cool.Restored in 2005, all new interior, bumpers, polished stainless, weather stripping and a beautiful paint job. Painted with 2 stage base/clear and color sanded to a mirror like finish. The body is laser straight. One floor pan was replaced with the correct pan and the frame and all body mounts are mint. Original air cleaner and valve covers included.
The drum brakes have all been rebuilt including new drums (I have a brand new front disc brake kit that will be included in the sale). New steering and suspension parts as needed. Brand new set of Billet Specialties Wheels ($4000) 20x10 rear, 18x8 front and new radial tires. Original wheels, fender skirts and hubcaps are also included.
This car runs and drives excellent and is ready to enjoy. Please look at over 100 pics, pics were taken at different times of day to show how it lookswith and without sunlight,and ask all questions prior to bidding.
