Description for Ford Fairlane 1967

You have always heard stories of the little old lady car that was only driven to church on Sundays. Those are getting hard to find. In 1967, this car was purchased by a son for his mother. She was very particular about the car and would not take it out even if there was a chance of rain. She drove only to local stores, the bank, and cemetery to visit her late husbands grave. Later on, the car was acquired by her nephew showing only 14,000 miles on the odometer. Currently showing 16,514.He decided to make a few upgrades including : new paint (due to some scratches), correct factory passenger side view mirror, dual exhaust with a little louder mufflers, new seat covers, new carpet, Ford Steel Style wheels with redline tires. New trunk mat.Items that were removed were preserved. That includes the seat covers, carpet, trunk mat, tires and hubcaps. Yes, the original tires from 1967.This is a very original, low mileage car with a few upgrades. It shows well and has won over 200 trophies over the years. It rides and drives like a new car. It has been stored inside its whole life and taken to shows by trailer. In other words, babied. This may be the nicest most original low mileage Fairlane you will ever come across. It is an automatic with power steering and AM radio.Data plate : 63B Color M Trim 3K Date 27J DSO 27 Axle 0 Trans WThe original owner was from Corbin Kentucky. It was never driven in the snow. Why spend $40,000 to do a frame off restoration on a rust bucket when you can have a "Like new" car for less. This car can be for the serious collector or just someone that can appreciate such a quality preservation. Please feel free to email or call with questions. Serious bidders only please. 513-612-0702Note: pictures were taken in bright sun so some shadowing can occur. Don't mistake for blemishes. Thanks
