Description of 1967 Ford Mustang

Auction is for a 1967 Ford Mustang Convertible with a straight 6 and 3 spd manual transmission. This car needs complete restoration. I bought this car a year ago with intentions to restore but still have not had time to mess with it. I am the third owner. The first owner had it the majority of its life and then was bought by second owner to restore and he removed all the body parts and interior and stopped. I bought it and put the body parts back together so not to loose stuff and it has sat for a year in my garage.
Prior owner said he was able to get it to run and drive around the parking lot before he started tearing it down. I do not have any first hand experience with it running or driving.
It does need tons of rust repair not going to sugar coat it but I think it is restorable. Also needs top, interior, wheels, tires, etc
Engine, tranny, driveshaft, exhaust still in car. Top frame is not attached and may may not be worth saving.

I am not a professional mechanic or body guy but here are some Amateur Observations that may answer some questions:

The car had a tow bar welded to the front of the car because the original owner towed it behind his RV that is why the lower valance is missing and the remaining welded on bracket is still there
The frame rail below the battery area is rotted
Should be original motor and tranny
The hood is probably too far gone and will need to be replaced
There are a couple patch jobs in the trunk area with fiberglass. I was going to redo the entire trunk area so I did not care.
The original keys were lost by the prior owner so I purchased a new key set for ignition, doors and trunk. I have not installed yet
Tires will hold air for a couple hours but are basically junk
All systems will need to be replaced and gone through: fuel, brake, suspension, drivetrain, etc.

It does come with some new parts:

Lock and key set
Battery fender apron
Some of the side trunk panels
Some of the floor panels
Stone guard upper w/ bolts
Bumper bracket inner/outer sides
