Description for Ford Thunderbird 1962

Hello to all eBayers!I have been with eBay for several years and I want to keep my reputation here 100% positive. I am a private collector, who has endless passion for classic cars and trucks. 90% of the vehicles have been rented out to movies commercials or high-class parties. Right now, I'm liquidating my collection since I'm selling my warehouse. Are you an old vehicles connoisseur looking for classic/vintage vehicles without having to pay luxury prices? You are in the...right place! I know that magic feeling when the right quality meets the right price, so I sell my vehicles worldwide at the most reasonable prices. This 1962 FORD THUNDERBIRD is located in a Copart facility in 11409 PENROSE STREET, SUN VALLEY, CALIFORNIA 91352 . I tried to sell it on Copart, but this vehicle is a classic, clean title vehicle. You can buy this vehicle on Ebay or through Copart by becoming a member. This vehicle has a clear California title. 1962 FORD THUNDERBIRD LANDAUThe second generation Ford Thunderbird was produced by Ford for the 1958 to 1960 model years as a successor to the popular 1955-1957 two-seater. In response to Ford-conducted surveys two major changes were made to attract potential buyers: two rear seats were added and the level of luxury and features of a full-sized car were incorporated into a mid-size platform. With more trim changes, most notably the addition of a third tail light in the rear clusters.MechanicalThis 1962 Ford Thunderbird Landau Runs and drives as smooth as silk. Fires up immediately every time whether cold or hot. Brakes are great, and steering is very smooth. Engine has less than 500 miles on a complete tear down and rebuild. Bored .030 over, new everything on the bottom end.Upgraded with:- Edelbrock 4 Barrel Carburetor- Points-Less Ignition- Aluminum intake- New plugs, wires, coil, cap, rotor- Rebuilt power steering pump- New brakes shoes, springs, and hardware- Replaced transmission seals while engine was out- New battery- New rear ties (still has old whitewalls on the front with plenty of tread left)- Much much more replaced or repaired during rebuildExterior Body is straight, with some very small chips in the paint. Landau top needs to be replaced. All the chrome is nice. All glass is intact. This is a solid and straight California car. InteriorInterior needs work, including carpet, seats, and cracks in dash and panels, but it's all there. The carpet was removed to show the floor boards and will need new carpet. Power driver's seat does not work. Driver's side power windows work, but passenger side does not, maybe a fuse?THIS IS YOUR CHANCE TO OWN THIS GREAT CLASSIC! Remember, this vehicle is from the 1960's, and even though I've tried my best to describe it, it can have some imperfections which I'm not aware of.I'm saying this because I've had a bad experience with a ruthless dealer that tried to extort money from me after the car was inspected and delivered!
