Description of 1957 Ford Thunderbird |
| For Sale 1957 FORD Thunderbird. All original and complete. Barn find From an Iowa estate- owned from 1970-2014. I believe original paint. Solid car overall. Runs good. 312 V8 3 speed with overdrive. Motor and trans had been rebuilt by previous owner. New since it came out of storage - gas tank. dual exhaust. brakes- master cyl and wheel cyl. Original radiator Recored. tires. water pump. battery etc etc. Have original FORD build sheet. sold new in Cedar Rapids Ia 3-57. Nice original unmolested survivor. Great car to drive as is for cruise in and local shows. Color is 57 only Thunderbird Bronze with original bronze interior. Seat has a split on a seam in the lower cushion. Solid Floors and Trunk and nice solid frame and mounts. Does not appear to ever have had any collision damage.
