1929 Model A Coupe

Up for sale is a 1929 Ford Model A Coupe.This car has been completely redone from the ground up. It is an all steel car except for the front and rear fenders. It has a clear Missouri "Specially Constructed Motor Vehicle" Title with its own VIN# provided by Missouri. Titled as 1993

Chassis

Underneath the rear ofthis car is a Pro-Street rear sub-framefrom Total Performance Inc. It has a 4-link setup with a narrowed Ford 9" rear end with 411 Posi. and drum brakes. Rear Tires are 29X15.50-15 Mickey Thompsons on Aluminum Cragar wheels.Under the front is a Heidt's front suspension with Mustang 2" Dropped Spindles and disc brakes. It has a Vega Steering Plate from Pete and Jakes Hot Rod Parts. Front tires are 135 SR 15 Pirellis. Car is equipped with two 10 gallon saddle tanks with electric switch-over.

Engine/Transmission

Powering this Coupe is a strong great sounding great running 350 Chevrolet engine. It is equipped with a mild cam. Weiand high rise intake topped with dual Holley 650 Carbs. Engine has a gear drive and an electric water pump. The exhaust is Ceramic-coated headersrunning out to dual Super Trapp Mufflers for a unique sound. Transmission is a Turbo 400 That shifts strong.

Body

The body is an original steel body with the exception of the fenders andaround the radiatorwhich are fiberglass. The windshield has been sealed in and it has a custom steel roof. The door handles have been shaved and suicide doors installed. It has custom taillights and 3rd brake lightthat are set into the metal for a smooth clean look. Behind the license plate is a hitch incase you want to pull a small custom trailer. The paint is very nice and the colors are Black on top and BlackCherry on bottom with light blue Ghost Flames.

Interior

Inside is nice and cozy with a custom interior done in maroon cloth. The seat has been dropped down and pushed back for more room to make driving this coupe more comfortable and moreenjoyable. It has a GM tilt column with wood and brass steering wheel. The dash features 'Moon Classic Instrument' gauges set nicely into a 'Wabbit Wood Works' wood dash. This car has a cassette and CD player. It has power windows and power trunk opener. Keeping you cool while driving this coupe to shows this summer is a complete A/C system by 'Vintage Air'.
