You are viewing a super nice 1961 Ford Galaxie Starliner.Body off restoration was done in the early 2000's, then driven regularly until 2015 when it was a display and marketing piece for a restaurant in Myrtle Beach, SC. Approx. 10,000 miles on restoration and rebuild.This car still retains its original driveline. Big Block FE 352, Cruise-O-Matic transmission and 9" rearend. Engine starts witha bump of the key and settles into a niceidle, trans shifts nice and it drives and stops as it should. Car isequippedwith Power steering, Power brakes and Air Conditioning.
Excellent rust free body is laser straight and is nearly perfect (no scratches, dents, rust or scrapes). Painted in its original color of Corinthian White. Gaps are very nice.Chrome is in excellent shape. Glass is crystal clear.
New wheels 20x10 rear, 18x8 front along with new radial tires (original wheels and skirts included). Suspension and brakes rebuilt. Dual exhaust. The underside is exceptionally clean (see pics).
The interior is all original and still has the original dealer installed protective plastic seat covers, incredible!!Seats look great under the covers, but covers have yellowed. Dash is gorgeous and everything functions as it should, except clock.
This is a beautiful rare Ford that is gaining value every day. Runs and drives great and ready to enjoy.
