Up for sale is my 1989 Thunderbird SC. I have owned it for the last 6 years. I bought it from my Aunt who babied this car who got it from her brother that originally special ordered the car and unfortunately never got a chance to enjoy it. Mostly lived life in a garage never driven in bad weather. When I got it, it was bone stock unmolested. It is factory supercharged and pulls great boost. Since owning it i have put in a new radiator, fan controller, head gaskets, water pump, thermostat, wires, plugs, spec stage 2 clutch, short throw shift kit, new window regulators, wheels and tires (excellent tread remaining), replaced all of the factory speakers with Helix brand, Kenwood CD player, Boston Acoustic subwoofer, 2 alpine amplifiers, lightly tinted windows, tinted taillights, new headlights, new carpet and padding, new leather seats, black seat belts, custom door panels, custom Saleen shift knob, custom door sills, carbon fiber wrapped interior components, embroidered mats, custom temp gauge, and covercraft car cover. The car will also come with extra parts and original wheels and tires. The reason why I am selling it is because due to a leg injury I can no longer drive a manual trans. The car runs excellent and is very powerful. Power antennae works, power trunk release, power door locks, and power windows all work. A/C will need to be recharged. The only thing that I am aware of that is wrong with the car is the speed sensitive steering is intermittent (never looked into it because really didnt bother me), and the power passenger side rear view mirror adjustment isnt working (most likely switch contacts need to be cleaned). The dash has no cracks and the interior is in excellent condition. The exterior is very presentable with just some minor imperfections. The paint still does shine up nicely but there is some minor fading on the lower body panels. There is absolutely zero rust or rot on the car. Floors are perfect, undercarriage and under doors are perfect and the car does not leak any fluids on my garage floors.
