Description of 1953 Ford F-250 f-250

This truck is partially restored. It has (was) (now needs another) a new paint job . ew engine rebuild (has less than 300 miles on the rebuild. hat in itself was 2000 dollars) new wiring . ll new side running boards new front grill pieces. ew wooden bed. ew plugs and points and voltage regulator . ew 8 volt battery. wo new carburetors. ew tires /7. 50 RIGLT less than 300 miles on them . hese cost well over 1000 dollars . ne has had a side hole . ut was fixed professionally and have had no trouble with it . ven with large loads . And many more parts . I have a bunch of parts that go with it. And a few dents and dings . The reason I bought this truck to begin with was because I could not find another 1953 Ford f-250 single axle dump . nywhere. If some one knows of one . lease send pictures. This truck really is a good find. and. if you are anything like me. very kid wants a dump truck. Being a single axle. nbsp;the plates only cost as much as a regular truck . ot the 650 dollars a tandem costs here in Illinois. (perk) I believe this to be one of a kind. I am a union iron worker. nd have looked hard at all the welds involved in the dump. They are perfect and the punched holes under the drivers seat where the up and down for the dump control are located are perfect or factory done. Thats why I believe this to be a factory done . ustom made dump truck. It does need work . ut it runs now . And can be used . But if I were going to keep it . I would have fun with it (work on it) this winter. Thats the most fun. When this truck is going down the road . Not a person dosent look and most of them . wave.
