what we have here is my 1961 falcon was totally restore started 11 years ago started with a rust free north carolina carid say this is the best deal on a falcon on ebayMAKE AN OFFER IT COULD BE YOUR'S drive as is show as is if want to!I DO HAVE THE BUILD SHEET THAT WAS UNDER BACK SEAT :) Also original owners manual . I'm just talking if your anal, you may want to take a few hours and align doors better ect most people would not notice 1/8th inch here and there remember they took every nut and bolt off this car doors ect ect. simple to align loosen bolts and move hinges in or out up or down and loosen strikers and slide in slightly ect prob take you an hour or so. but doors shut great so does hood and trunk maybe lines from factory they were not perfect? all new weather stripping ect.doors and trunk Do lock !I'm happy with it the way it is ! just if you were anal.
pretty much every nut and bolt removed all glass and interior removed engine trans ect removed all suspension remove, all new heater components heater box under dash hoses ect fan. and yes vacume wipers work ! all lights work.body sandblasted in and outwas put back together with all new parts engine and trans gone through ! engine and trans clutch ect has aprox 200-400 miles on it!!from sitting there is some minor paint bubbling scratches ect but no real rust (must have been something on it when painted on trunk lid} and there are very few paint imperfections on car would be wet sanded out... i believe its from the wax and grease remover used) took it to a body shop a guy i know AL DERKS AUTO BODY county rd N appleton WI he said for a few hundred he'd wet sand spots and blend paint it. never, I got around to it.rechromed bumpers or new ? all new suspension new old stock carb rebuilt generator and new regulater parts to numerous to list.and ive run it every year just to keep juices flowing but runs great idles greatall new brakes lines hardware ect all brand new interior except a few of the knobs for heat control ect...(cheap on ebay) new glove box door panels carpet exhaust gas tank lines ect ectyou don't realize the labor that went into this car!!!!!!!! and the $$$$$selling do to problems wife's health ect and mine, and sold my home moved into my duplex i own ect and was put on hold only thing needs is trunk buttoned up i bought the trunk matt and weather stripping and side fillers 1 hour job tops.
all windows work great!could prob win shows the way it isi was tempted to make a pro street out of it or gasser but once got this far why?it's in my name and bought collector plates thinking id use as daily summer driver ...but once again things come up had major car trouble on our second car so i bought a new grand caravan at our age they will last our life time and also bought a cottage on the lake and a pontoon boat... and no more worries stress kills!!falcon has the 144 6 cyl was bored .10 over all new internals 3 spd manual trans was tooken apart cleaned as was rear end and checked out perfect new clutch pressure plate and throw out bearing ect.All new shocks front an rear front ones heavy duty ready for a v-8 if wish new front suspension coil springs ect e-brake works new cables bracket ect.photo album of some of restore comes with car :)i don't think you can go wrong at 9995.00 or make offer !!!! my ins company insured it for 18,500.00.oh front end align seems fine but i was going to take it in and have it checked goes straight down the road ... (i use to race years ago and did a camber caster on it and measurments ect seem's good like i said don't wander or drift)remember its a 61 not going to handle like a mustang lol its gonna handle like a 61 falconmanual steering manual brake car... stock.few other things i have forgot its a sweet car!!!!!!!!!may sell local so don't think long.ill hold it for how ever long your shipper needs in locked 3rd garage i have and i will help shipper anyway i can and be here as im' retiredI have used uship several times where they bid on your load its cheap!!!! just don't except any high bids wait and you will get a good one like around 420.00 across country!!!
these cars are so cool stock or to make a gasser or a pro street ect . and are light only around 2000 pounds!!!!THANKS FOR LOOKING AND I GUESS IT WONT KILL ME TO KEEP IT IN MY 3RD GARAGE JUST GO UP IN VALUE ANYWAYS.
