We are a small dealership with our focus mainly in buying, restoring and selling older classic vehicles. However, we do have occasion to take a trade in or buy quality used vehicles that are simply to nice to pass up. We offer these vehicles for sale with a NIADA warranty, because we are convident that after the 125 point check they are as nice mechanically as they are cosmetically. Notice to Bidders:All of the vehicles we list on eBay are for sale locally. We reserve the right to end an auction early. All cars are immediately ready for delivery upon sale.

Deposit:We require a non-refundable $500 deposit within 48 hours of winning the auction via PayPal. Please call to make arrangements for payment.

Payment Types:Cash in person, Certified Funds, Wire Transfer (preferred) Institutional Financing. All payments must clear Dealers bank prior to vehicle pickup.

All sales transactions must be completed within 7 calendar days of auction close.

Title Information:

We at times use our inventory as collateral for loans. There is a delay in receiving the title after payoff of the vehicle. This delay can be up to 7 days from the time we pay off the vehicle. In most cases we have the title in our possession but on occasion there is a delay.

Shipping:

Shipping is 100% the responsibility of the buyer. We will help in any way we can. Any claims or communications regarding shipping are between you and the shipper.

Out of state buyersare responsible for paying tax, title, license and documentation fee.The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. Florida residents must pay sales tax to the dealer as well as registration fees. Out of State purchasers who pick up the vehicle in Florida or send a representative to pick up the vehicle will pay Sales Tax at the rate of their home state to the dealer. Vehicle must be paid in full prior to release. Buyer must supply copy of Valid Drivers License. All necessary paperwork must be completed prior to release of vehicle.
