COOL OLD SHORT BOX, LOWERED, GREAT LOOK!

You are looking at a classic 1959 Ford short box, lots of recent work done. Suitable daily driver as is, would need some work to take it to the next level. Recently purchased from prior owner and was used for a reliable shop truck, cruise-ins etc. Please see my description below for details and pictures.

Mechanical:
• Lowered with new drop straight axle and rear axle flip
• 292 V-8, 3 speed manual
• Bed mounted fuel cell
• Retains factory single exhaust
• New tie rod ends and drag link
• New front shocks
• Power disc brake conversion
• New rear drums, shoes, wheel cylinders
• New brake lines
• New U.S. wheels with staggered fitment
• New tires
• New hoses, belts, thermostat, one wire alternator, battery and solenoid
• New clutch master and slave cylinder
• Recent trans service with fresh lube
• All exterior lights, signals work. Prior owner was in the process of updating dash gauges, fuel and speedometer non-operational

Interior:
• New rubber floor mat
• Seat recently recovered
• New front and rear glass and door weatherstrip
• Passenger glass door window has small crack, still operational
• Overall nice interior, no headliner

Exterior:
• Summit Hotrod Red satin finish
• New door handles
• Wood bed with stainless slats. (installed over original steel bed, which was in good shape except for some small holes)
• Rear tow hitch
• Hood springs are weak, prop rod used to hold hood in open position

Appears that the rear cab corners have been repaired as well as around the rear tail light area. Still an overall solid truck given its age, but not flawless.
