Description of 1955 Ford Thunderbird

1955 Ford Thunderbird - Manual 3 Speed
Selling my project due to health reasons - there is NO TITLE, Bill of Sale OnlyI was told the engine is Not Original and is a 292 rebuilt 10,000 miles before -I have the engine running with a gas can of fuel - it sounds good, no smoke nor noises, looks to have good oil pressure.I put all new brakes on the car and drove it down the street and back .. that the extent of what I know concerning that.Floors and trunk are gone -- looks as if someone welded some metal into the trunk.The back half of the frame will need alot of work..Tires are New - Soft Top Frame looks to be good, Hard Top is in Fair condition-Bottom of the doors are solid, trunk lid is good, hood is good, front fenders are fair, rear quarters in bad shape.I have quarter panel to replace the smashed quarter panel, looks pretty good but will need a patch panel.This car was on the road last in 1973 - stored in a barn till I got it.
The person from whom I purchased told me the car was registered in Connecticut which have no titles.
* The two tops and the good parts on this car are worth more than the asking price..
