Description of 1968 Ford Mustang GT

For sale is one of the two 1968 "00" Mustangs made for and used in the filming of the first Dukes of Hazzard Reunion TV movie. Its the only car that ever beat the General Lee in an overroad race! I acquired the car in 2008 from the person who originally bought the car at a Warner Brothers auction in California. They built 2 of these cars for the movie to fit the story line of them switching cars in the middle of the race. The car has the original paint that has not been touched since I've had it. The flame paint is all original. It was touched up somewhere probably during filming. This was a stunt car, screen used so it is not perfect but wears its battle scars well! All sheetmetal appears original. I don't see evidence of it ever being hit. The brake line lock switch is still in dash console as well as the electronic switch in the brake line near the master cylinder. Wire is disconnected but can be wired for use. Front camera mounts are still present with overspray noted. The interior is stock. I installed a restored steering wheel. The original one comes with the car. AC blows cold. I have done nothing to car except mechanical upkeep like battery, oil, new tires, streering linkage and repaired the glasspak mufflers. Car runs great. No issues. I cannot verify the mileage. Odometer shows 36,126 miles. Can be 136,126 miles. Car has clear title and is street legal I have driven this car locally only since I've had it. The car is a J code 302 real GT fastback. Here is your chance to own a screen used stunt car! Truly an unique piece of automotive and Hollywood history. There are only 2 originals in existence!
