Description of 1969 Ford Mustang

The look is intentional.

Runs perfect and stays cool in Florida traffic, Sounds like a NASCAR, Cold AC, Drift Brake, Big Stereo, Fast as Hell, and looks like something from Mad Max. What more could you want??

I have every receipt, manual and specification for this car down to the cam grind numbers. I have $24k under the hood and about $37k total for just parts in this. I want a new truck now! LOL

Here are a couple of videos on youtube. The car is not loud enough to piss the neighbors off, but still sounds great. Note: That is not white smoke coming out of the exhaust. That is the dumps blowing stuff off the driveway.

Engine

363 Stroker Built by FordStrokers.com. Built as a blower/nitrous capablemotor. 4 Bolt Main Dart Block with all Forged Internals. TrickFlow Twisted Wedge 205 11R, 66cc heads and Weiand 174 Supercharger on top making 7-9 PSI. Adjustable Rev Limiter set to 7,000. FordStrokers said treat redline as 8,000 RPM.

Ignition

MSD Computer controlled Advance with Boost Sensing. Timing is phased and locked. All ignition advance as well as retard for boost is handled through FiTech computer and fully adjustable.

Fuel Delivery

Edelbrock mechanical lift pump into high pressure HyperFuel Surge Tank with returns to surge tank and main tank. The surge tank contains a high pressure electric submerged fuel pump. This prevents fuel starvation when accelerating/turning.Fuel injected with FiTech 1200hp 8 injector Power Adder. This throttle body accepts both nitrousand boost and has window switches/ Fuel Add/ Spark Retard adjustments for those applications built in.

Exhaust

Patriot Long Tube headers into 3" pipe with Flowmaster Super 40 Deltas and Dynomax Resonators.

Transmission

TCI 700R4 725HP Race in a "K" case, 30Spline. Large Cooler, Electric Lockout (The red knob on shifter)

TCI 243105 10" Stall Converter

700R4 vs TKO-600: Everything on the car will hold up if you intend to drag race with DOT slicks (hook up) except the transmission. TCI claims 725 HP, but anyone with 700R4 experienceknows that it will eventually fail. This is a street car to cruise at freeway speeds and do burnouts and other fun stuff. The 700R4 is perfect for that. With the Advanced Adapters plate, it is also the same length as the TKO-600 6 speed. So the TKO will fit right in between the engine and driveshaft. The Ron Morris mounts allow the engine to be moved 3.5" fore and aft. The TKO-600 is what you would want to drag race this with DOT Slicks. This car was a 3 speed manual with a 351 from the factory. I built this with the TKO manual in mind as an option.

Rear End

9" Ford, 3.23 Ratio

This car has the biggest U-Joints and Driveshaft that are supposed to be good to 1000hp.

Rear: 15x8, 235/60x15. Front: 15x7, 215/65x15

I chose the tire/wheel combo as it is the cheapest rubber you can replace. I did not want this car to "hook up".

All interior covered with Dynoliner and Dynomat. 6 point Roll Cage tied to Subframe connectors. CalTracs on rear. FatMan drop spindles
