This is a 1979 Ford F150 that has the Indianapolis Speedway Official Truck Package. I recently acquired this truck from the original owner and have known this truck and its owner all my life. The owner quit driving the truck many years ago and stored it in a barn where cattle damaged the driver side of the bed. I did all the usual things to get the truck back on the road and it turned out really well. It has a new battery, oil and filter change, and tune-up and now runs and operates good. I drive it locally but the tires need to be replaced due to age before attempting any long distance or high speed driving. I will accept a $500 deposit via Paypal with the balance to be paid by cashier's check before pickup or cash at pickup. Truck is located in Albany, KY 42602. Both the frame and floor boards are very solid showing only minor surface rust in some areas and other areas have no rust. The cab mounts are solid as well. The owner installed dual exhaust that exit straight out the back so there is no spare tire. I do have the original owner's manual and warranty card but none of the "Indy" decals or emblems. Also, because of the dual exhaust installation, the front gas tank was removed and is not available however, I do have a correct tank that I will include in the auction.
