Description of 1973 Ford Mustang

1973 Ford Mustang 302 Grande For sale by owner; trade offers welcome! (480)-881-8286 [Antonio] History I’ve owned this Mustang for four years now; bought when I was 15 as a passion project. Became quite clear to me very quickly that the previous owner had not put the best work in this car, so I’ve spent the last few years attempting to fix their errors while also restarting the car to my liking! I’ve worked in and out of this car and am confident I can provide you with nearly any and all information regarding this car! SPECIFICATIONS: 1973 Ford Mustang Grande 2-dr coupe 302 5.0L Naturally Aspirated 4-barrel Edelbrock carb ~140hp RWD Restoration checklist(a bit out of order): Engine (installed ‘06, less than 19k miles) Transmission overhaul (new seals, new torque converter, new cooling lines, plus everything standard in a full rebuild; includes warranty) New edelbrock 4 barrel (#1305) carb Custom straight pipe side exit exhaust Entire front steering rebuilt New struts New control arms New bushings New shocks all around (konis) New grille New headlights New FR fender New F bumper New fuel lines (engine bay only) New fuel filter New valve cover gaskets (within last year) New ignition coil New battery Rewired ignition (engine bay only) New spark plugs (within last 6 months) New spark plug wires (within last 6 months) New headlights New radiator New radiator hoses Redone interior (detailed below) New upholstery New headliner New carpet Repainted dash Repainted console All new tires New grabber orange paint job* Here are noted flaws to be aware of: •Passenger door is misaligned slightly; causes issues opening and closing •One headliner bow is jutting out but isn’t distracting or intruding into where people sit. •A god awful cheap aftermarket spoiler was installed on this car by the previous owner. I only recently removed it and haven’t patched up the holes, however they have been sealed with weatherproof tape. Paint is intact underneath. •Paint is beautiful up close and afar by anyone not paying attention, but a professional will immediately spot flaws upon closer inspection. •Mismatched paint on dash panels; I’ve been restoring them to original black color as they were painted orange with the paint job but haven’t finished. •Front right wheel rotor requires one lug nut stud. Snapped off due to impact driver malfunction. Does not prevent car from being driven lightly and under freeway speeds. We are providing test drives at this time at no deposit obligation to you! Just need you to be interested and love classics; contact me for more details!
