Description of 1986 Ford Bronco U100

This well cared for BRONCO is very clean, with beautiful high gloss white paint with gold accents, original carpeting is superb, recovered seats very nicely detailed and almost new tires. It has the XLT package and also has optional power windows, power locks, rear window defroster, and the exterior spare tire carrier (currently off vehicle w/tire). It has the vernerable 302 cubic inch motor and upgraded with Edelbrock intake manifold, carburetor and K&N filter assembly. Air conditioning is ice cold, and has the complete instrument package, all functional and the day/date/time and elapsed time counter in mid dash. Starts easily, runs strong, no smoking or oil consumption.
The dash is perfect with no cracks or damage, and also has a dash mat to keep it that way. Roof liner and all interior bits in very nice and clean condition. Captains chairs with armwrests and fold forward passenger seat functions well. It has a tow package with all wiring and integrated trailer braking installed. Stereo has been upgraded to KENWOOD CD unit. This is a non smoking vehicle, no smells, no mice etc. Has smaller diameter aftermarket steering wheel. It also has the optional tubular side steps which provide convenient access for shorter people.
It has the MONROE GAS MAGNUM dual shock setup on front suspension along with disk brakes. The Centerline styel rims are steel, not aluminum which are more durable for off road use and has CORSA ALL TERRAIN XL 7 ply 31X10.5X15LT tires in xlnt, like new condition. Also has rear LED lighting with clear tailight lens retrofit.
OK, is this truck perfect? Of course not (although she looks it- gets lots of attention). As best I can tell the only flaws are a turn signal stalk that no longer autocancels, the visors wiggle around on rough roads, the windshield washer pump did not function last time i tried, the steering wheel needs centering, and the ignition switch also likes a little help sometimes to disengage starter. Decals have some sun bleaching as can be expected for its age. All lights, hi- lo beams, turn, brake etc are functioning. Power windows and locks work well, although rear power window is very slow. Lastly, the PRNDD1 pointer on shift column/dash isn't moving. Oh, there is a small dent on hood (see pic) but no paint damage and not very noticeable. All paint is xlnt also except it appears that possibly a trailer hitch jumped off of hitch and hit bottom of tailgate, and had minor dent/paint repair- tailgate at top has a few scratches from previous owners dragging stuff in and out. That should be it.
Beautiful chrome, chassis and body are rust free being an Arizona car, and no accidents or speedometer anomalies reported according to the VINFAX Report (like Carfax). I tried to attach the .pdf file but can email if you request. While I cannot guarantee mileage is 86,491 vs 186,491, all records appear to indicate it is original at the 86,491.
