Aluminum intake and Edelbrock 4bbl feed the fuel and a great set of ceramic coated headers breathe out the back through the dual exhaust with dynomax mufflers for a sweet tone.

THIS GORGEOUS, FULLY RESTORED, 1966 FORD MUSTANG CONVERTIBLE, A IS LOADED WITH 347 STROKER V8, 4-SPEED, POWER STEERING, POWER FRONT DISC BRAKES, POWER TOP, DELUXE PONY INTERIOR, RALLY PAC, AND MORE!!

Body panels are extremely straight and overall body panel fit is excellent. There are no signs of rust repair and this '66 still wears all of its original sheet metal. This alone is extremely hard to find. All of the chrome trim, bumpers, and emblems look close to new. The restoration that was done was clearly done by a professional. the car has been pampered and shows very few flaws. There are few very small flaws as including but limited to the following: a few very small chips (1 near the gas cap), 1 on the rear trunk just above the gas tank (see photo) there are some very fine extremely small hairline cracks in the paint in the seams right behind the convertible top which is quite common. Overall the paint and body look fantastic and this '66 could definitely win trophies at the local shows if that is what you enjoy. As you can see from the original door tag this car was Nightmist blue originally. It later received a color change to Wimbledon white. You would never know as there is no sign of the original blue color anywhere as far as I can tell. All of the glass is in great condition and windows roll up and down smoothly. Weatherstripping all appears to have been replaced and looks great. This classic has a wonderfully proud and unique profile, partially due to the like new set of 17" Rev Polished wheels.

The 347 Stroker motor was built by ATK Performance Engines in Texas. The engine has Chrome Valve covers. The Aluminum intake and Edelbrock 4bbl let the fuel flow and a nice set of ceramic coated headers breathe out the back through a dual exhaust system with dynomax mufflers for a sweet tone. The horsepower is probably right around 300hp. She fires right up thanks in part to the MSD ignition. The engine bay is finely detailed out and most people will look like a stock 289. With plenty of power, this Mustang is also a factory 4-speed and has a great period correct Hurst shifter that glides through the gears nicely. Handling is also a breeze thanks to the power steering and for safe and easy braking this Mustang Classic has upgraded Power front disc brakes!! Suspension all appears to have been updated and this Mustang not only handles the road beautifully but does so quietly without any creaks and rattles.

Awesome stance thanks to the 17" Rev Polished Aluminum wheels wrapped in a like new set of Nitto Neo Gen Radials 225/45/17 in rear and 215/45/17 up front. There is also a matching spare in the trunk with jack.

The undercarriage of this car is also equally as impressive (see photos). There is substantial amount of red oxide primer peaking through a very light black paint in sections of the floors. The car has original floor pans with original red oxide primer and original drip marks from the factory. It is possible that the drivers front floor pan may have been replaced but if so it was done extremely professionally. The torque boxes are very sturdy and have not been bent. Front frame and rear rails are in EXTREMELY good condition, and I have been told by many that they have never seen any in this good of shape (see photos of Frame rails). This car is very impressive. even the trunk area that is also nicely done and detailed with the correct plaid mat. They did add a sub-woofer and amp in the trunk but it was done neatly. If you have been looking at Classic Mustangs in the pas, it is certain that you will be admire how nice the undercarriage is. It showed that this car was taken care of extremely well over the the years. This Mustang has the original Buck tag on the fender, original vin # stamping on the inner fender, and the original door tag.
