| This car is in great running and driving condition. would be an excellent summer cruiser. She (Beatrice) has been run in a number of Michigan Gumball Rallies which are over 1500 miles. This past weekend I took the car on a 500 mile trip without a single issue. It runs and drives great. goes down the highway straight and true. and all at 70-75 miles per hour and pulling down around 16. 15mpg (thanks to some taller gears in the rear). It has a little bit of rust here and there. but nothing that can't be easily taken care of. and the interior is mostly original but complete (minus headliner). For the most part though. this is a straight and solid ride. I can't stress enough how well she has been maintained mechanically and how nice of a driver she is. You couldn't ask for a better summer cruiser. Put your shades on. plug your iPod into the stereo. crank up the volume and hit the road! |
