** For local Pickup Only, Located 21403 Annapolis MD**1966 Falcon Base model. I6 car swapped to a 302 2bbrl, is still 4 lug. Green dot 3 speed Auto trans. Manual Steering, Manual brakes, Heat only. Runs and drives well. Clean title, tagged, Insured and currently being driven on nice days. The car is very solid with an older respray, has some minor surface rust, chips, and scratches. No bondo or patches that I can find. This is a very solid car that looks like it spent a lot of its time in NC based on receipts and inspections that were in the glovebox. Odometer is showing a little over 17K miles.I do not know actual mileage. The Bad:-All the rust I could find is shown in the pictures, most of it is light to heavy surface rust, dont really see any through rust. - looks like there was some paint touch up on both drip rails (shown in pictures)- the PO installed a new carb, I do not believe they hooked the choke up properly, on cold days it will take a few turns to start and then needs to run for a few mins to warm up, (does not smoke just runs slow and alittle rough when cold) this was not an issue during the warmer months- she drips fluids. not terribly but for sure spots some oil, trans fluid, diff fluid an antifreeze when sitting. - after a long drive and given time to sit and cool down alittle (less then a oz) of fluid will show up on the little valley where the water pump meets the block. - tires have good tread but starting to dry rot-the stiff hinges are beginning to make the Hood bow alittle (common issue with these cars)- small exhaust leak passenger side-the bottom of the gauge cluster has let go around the screws and is loose (common issue with these cars- radio powers on but does not work- interior light dimmer only works on a few setting on the other settings it goes black (bad switch)
