For sale is this time capsule ONE family owned since new 1976 Ford Courier truck. Original down to the spare tire that has never been on the ground. Engine, transmission, rear end, cab, and bed. The right hand fender was replaced at one time. The truck was partially repainted sometime in the early 1990's. The family just put over $4,500 into the mechanicals and new tires. It runs and drives like a new truck. It is as tight going down the road now as when it was brand new. All of the glass is excellent and everything on it works. To be clear this truck was restified and not entirely restored as it didn't need a full restoration to be enjoyed and admired. There are obviously little paint chips mainly in the bed from use. There is some bubbling under the paint on both rear rocker area that may be all the way through. Uphulstery is still original as is the floor mat and door panels and there is no rips, etc. in them. Just look behind the seat at how clean it is. The jack is with the truck. The original carburetor and air cleaner assembly is all there so it can be put back to original if desired. Documentation includes the Manufacturers Warranty Card (or Protect-O-Plate as it is sometimes called), owners manual, and even an invoice from Montgomery Ward in 1980 for new tires showing 11,000 miles since new! Tashen Automotive did the mechanicals on the truck and the invoice for the work goes with the vehicle.
