This ADULT OWNED VERY NICE DRIVER QUALITY 1988 Ford Mustang GT is smoking hot and extremely clean. UNBELIEVABLE EYE APPEAL!! Awesome appearance inside and out. It runs and drives AWESOME. Super quiet down the road with no distractions. No motor noise or knock whatsoever. SUPER CLEAN EXHAUST SOUND. All power features work well including the power top. NO RUST - NO RUST - NO RUST!! See the pics and see the SUPER CLEAN undercarriage!! This car runs SUPER SMOOTH with lots of power. Believed to have 40k original miles (read on, and see the email which I printed from the previous owner). The car LOOKS like it has LESS miles than that as its extremely CLEAN, BRIGHT, and SHARP!! The previous owner meticulously kept up on this car and poured his heart and soul into it. He repainted the car and it does look like a super high end paint job in most ways and in other small ways just the basics, as there are a few paint runs here and there which you can't see or feel, but if you look at the just the right angle, you'll see it. Overall the car shows FAR FAR better than the average 1988 regardless of history. The cars stance is perfect as it sits just a little lower in back, but not enough to notice it unless you're staring at it. It has a GREAT STANCE!! The top works great with the power button and looks to be in good shape as well. The AC works I was told but needs a charge (could need more but I believed the owner).As mentioned the odometer shows 37k which quit working (including speedometer) sometime ago, however, the owner tracked this to his own ownership and said he only drove it roughly 300 miles a year since then, and no the car has around 40k miles, which I believe 100 percent to be true, but I can't prove it. Based on the condition and the things restored that he restored and or improved, In the meantime the owner used a TOMTOM for the NAVIGATION and SPEEDOMETER features. This is pictured and included. I would guess it to be very original. One more super great thing about this car is the STEREO system he installed. It's installed SUPER CLEAN (see pic) and it sounds AWESOME! The Def Leppard CD is still in the car and when Hysteria plays, it's AMAZING!!! I bought this car over a year and a half ago and am only selling to downsize my collection. I really hate selling this car but am keeping the promise to myself to get rid of things I don't need (I have a 68 Camaro Convertible and a 12 Camaro SS Convertible and I don't need 3) or use.. I hate seeing this just sit around. The car has been mostly sitting all of it's life and does have a oil leak I believe from the rear main seal. So please keep expectations right. I would drive it anywhere, but please note and understand it's 32 years old and you may incur unexpected expenses when you get it because it just hasn't been driven. This is not a original (paint) car, nor is it professionally restored, and I'm not expecting Barrett Jackson money or anywhere close to it. There's NO RESERVE!! I have taken this on a few long trips and many short trips and have never had any issues with getting to where I wanted in style, reliability and safety. Awesome Mustang.
