1978 Ford Mustang Cobra II. Rare, original Cobra with buck tag intact. When I used to take this to a car show, it got more attention/conversation than my 69 fastback because it was such an oddity. Roller, no motor/transmission. Removed eng/trans about 8 months ago, and up until that time, the car was a driver. Front power disk brakes and power steering. Actual mileage unknown. Originally a 6 cylinder car, but includes V8 motor/transmission mounts, older V8 headers, and oem V8 exhaust manifolds. Older high end, flip screen stereo with remote. Rear battery box with cables. 8 inch open rear. Square tube frame rail connectors. Paint is about 15 years old with some relatively minor rust and some dents/dings. Floorboards are solid with the exception on one puncture in pass side front floorboard, about 3"by 1," and one rust area in the driver side rear floorboard about 1" x 6." There are some rust bubbles in areas around the wheel well/bottom of door. The battery area is rusted, and there is a spot at the top of the windshield pillar. The wind blew the hood back and caused the crease on the cowl vents and dents above the windshield. Ratchet shifter and tach. The windshield has a 6"crack. Original center console and rear window aluminum louver. Carpet removed and floor coated with what looks like a truck bed material. The rear seat and interior panels will need final assembly. The lower portion of the upper rear seat section is missing a corner section, can't really see it when seat in place. Garaged for the last 15 years but new projects have pushed it outside. Clean Florida title. I will assist getting the car to a shipper, if necessary. Depending on your location, I may be able to deliver for a fee.
