Description of 1967 Ford Fairlane

Up for bids is this 1967 ford fairlane 2 door hard top. This is a H code big block car. It is a factory A/C. bucket seat. console car. It looks like back in its day it was a pretty much loaded out car. It is a pretty solid old car. It does have some issues but nothing major. The front fenders and doors look good. The frame rails. engine bay. trunk floor are good. There is some rust in the lower rear quarters. There is also some rust in the floor pans. The front floor pans will need some work. The rear ones might possibly be ok from looking at the bottom but they might also need some work. It has all the glass in it. The glass is good. The windshield has some scratches on them. I have a good dash pad for it that can go with it. It is a original one that could be painted to use with any color. I will look I have alot of trim and I think I have all the trim for the front and back glass. When I got the car it had a newer motor in it and I found a year correct 390 big block to go back in it. This is a 67 model but production was started on the 67's mid 66. I have a stamped C6 which means it was stamped in 1966. The 390 big block with automatic transmission in it which will work to make it numbers correct if you are wanting this. It is a complete motor with all the goodies on it was well. It has a decent looking set of wheels on it as well. I have a year correct grille to go with it as well. I have everything you will need and then some to build this car back to a hot rod. I have described this the best possible way I can. I am going to stress that this is a non running project that is not perfect. I don't want anyone showing up thinking they are buying a show car. Also please ask all questions before you bid. I want this auction to go good and the buyer to be happy with the purchase. I can store it as long as needed but will require full payment within seven days of the end of auction. If you can't pay in the seven days then please do not place a bid. I will accept cash in person. certified bank check. or bank wire transfer. Please make 100% sure you want the car before placing a bid. I can assist in loading. It rolls and steers. The engine has been sitting up for years in dry storage. I will most likely need going thru so I cant make any promises on the condition of the motor. It does have a clear title. If you have any questions or need any information please ask by email or give me a call at 318-278-1069. I have taken several pics that show the body inside and underside of the car. This is a very restorable car if you are hunting one.
