Description of 1991 Ford Ranger XLT 4X4

This is a short wheelbase 4x4 pickup with a powerful fuel-injected motor, versatile five-speed, and loaded with the best features (including A/C). So this 1991 Ford Ranger XLT gives you a classic presentation with a ton of work-ready attitude, and it's all offered for a value price.
It's hard to come by a true classic pickup built for work and play, but this on captures the attitude perfectly. It has that classic Ranger style with nice upper-level XLT details, like the chrome bumpers, side strobe stripes, and bright alloys. The red paint looks good in the sunshine, so it looks fine passing people on the highway. But as you get closer there are more signs of use, and that's seems right for a pickup like this. You shouldn't be afraid to use it to the fullest, especially in a truck with this much function. You have a taller 4x4 stance, a rubber bed mat for the larger loads, and there's a trailer hitch rear bumper and towing mirrors to add even more utility.
The interior is stock, clean, and loaded. It starts with the factory seating that has the cool striped cloth. You have high-back bucket-like comfort for two, and the center gives you the option of a jump seat or an armrest console. You've got great factory pieces, like the AM/FM/cassette stereo and cold-blowing air conditioning. And like a true classic truck, there are side vent windows and sliding rear glass for the old-school breezes through the cab. The classic dual-spoke steering wheel feels grippy in your hands, and it provides a clear view to the full gauge package w/handy tach.
Under the hood is the clean and correct presentation of the 4.0-liter V6. Not only is this the largest motor of this Ranger series, but it also has fuel-injection. That means the best in all around power and steadfastness. And the five-speed manual transmission is a newer unit that puts you in confident full control of it all. The push-button electronic 4x4 transfer case was replaced later in life, and it means you don't have to get out and lock the hubs when you're stuck in the muck. And for an all-around good driving experience on the road, you have power steering, power brakes, front discs, and overdrive. It all makes for an attractive classic pickup that still remains quite handy today.
There is just something special about the way a Ranger 4x4 of this era combines the right usefulness and the right size. And this one has been given some solid investments to keep it practical and useful. That makes for a great package offered at a great price. Call now!
