Description of 1923 Ford Other

I own a restoration shop and this is a car I'm selling for my customer. It is one of his hotrod daily drivers. It is clean titled in California as you can see from the pictures, and it's a true, all steel hot rod. Licensed as a 1923. Engine is a 312 Y-block V8 from a Thunderbird. The transmission is a Cruise-O-Matic automatic. The car runs, drives, stops and shifts exactly as it should. The hardtop is easily removable via a couple of pins and two people to lift it off, making this car great for hot summer evenings or cool spring nights. Shade when you want it- wind when you need it. The car is quite comfortable and is well suited for someone 6 ft tall. The exhaust can be either uncapped and very loud or when capped up it has a nice roar but is not obnoxious to be in while driving.
This car, as mentioned earlier is a daily driver. Has no overheating issues, no knocking. Transmission shifts smooth. All gauges function as they should. When driving around, the engine is strictly running on the center carburetor- giving you great fuel economy, (something we need in today's economy) however, when the throttle is opened more than halfway, the other two carburetors kick in along with a lot more power! A true hotrod. In the trunk, is access to the battery, fuel tank and a fire extinguisher. Giving ample room for a folding chair and a cold six pack.
Everything works on the car as it should, both doors open and close, suspension rides very nicely. Engine does produce a very small oil leak somewhere around the oil pan. Lastly, I'm trying to fix the left blinkers. All other lights function, but the left turn blinkers just stay on. No flashing.

For any other questions on this car, please feel free to call Bruce and Skyler of Bethel's Country Motors. 1 (916) 652-6852. We are located 20 miles East of Sacramento California.
